We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Cost:

Australia wide spend over $200 (inc GST) and get it FREE

From 0 to $200 we have a sliding scale of freight charges depending on your location and your package value. Use the Shipping Estimator in the View Cart screen to determine your freight charge.

Despatch:

We despatch as fast as possible and most orders are packed and shipped same business day or generally within 24-48hrs for next/2 day delivery.

Our Standard Freight is Road and Typical freight times Australia wide :

  • QLD/NSW Metro: 1-3 business days
  • QLD/NSW Rural: 2-6 business days
  • VIC Metro and ACT: 3-6 business days
  • VIC Rural: 3-7 business days
  • TAS: 3-8 business days
  • WA Metro and NT: 4-9 business days
  • WA Rural: 5-12 business days

 30 Day Free Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 Days to the warehouse for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Special made to order items cannot be returned under this policy.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

When you return a product please provide:

1. An original Strut & Support Solutions Tax Invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket. 

2. The product's original packaging, including any instruction manuals, information booklets and carton or container.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
